This course includes all the
topics of differential and integral calculus including function analysis.

topics of algebra III including: problem solving, inequalities, linear
functions, graphing systems and functions, rational expressions, irrational
and complex numbers, Quadratic Equations and functions, Logarithm and
exponential functions, and Trigonometry.
- Advanced Algebra

This course includes all the
topics of advanced algebra including: problem solving, inequalities, linear
functions, graphing systems and functions, rational expressions, irrational
and complex numbers, Matrices, Quadratic Equations and functions, Analytic
geometry, conic sections and Trigonometry.
- Advanced Geometry

This course includes all the
topics of formal geometry: geometric figures, two column proofs, congruent
triangles, polygons, similarity, right triangles, coordinate geometry,
circles, area, transformations, reflections, and figures in space.

Hints for Success

Make sure you bring your
textbook, notebook, calculator, tools, and homework to class. You will not be
allowed to retrieve items from your locker.

Homework is due at the
beginning of each class. All work must be showing to receive credit. A paper
with answers only is not acceptable. Homework is graded
4, 3, 2, 1 or 0. All assignments will have warm up problems. Assignments
without warm up problems or done with pen will receive no credit.

You are required to take
notes. Please number problems the same way I do and write down all
definitions. You will be quizzed on your notes at the end of each unit. When
absent, get the notes! |

To receive full credit on
assignments, tests and quizzes you must show all work. Please write out the
problem and show all the steps for the solution as well as the final answer.
I can only give partial credit If I can see all the steps and determine the
process used. I realize much of the computing is done on a calculator so it
is especially critical that you are thorough. Remember "When in doubt
write it out"
